"They say to be a successful artist, you should have a distinctive look, but I can’t think in terms of what will make me a successful artist. Instead, my creative impulse drives me to explore the potential of what can be. I do prefer to work with a larger scaled canvas. The statement it gives, to me, is so much more than just what you see.
I prefer acrylic as my base. I find it has a great variety of mixed mediums from which to choose and with these my art is unique. Other artists ask how I learned my techniques. The truth is that I discovered them on the long journey that has been my life and my exploration in the world of art.
My latest works have been a mixture of my abstract work and beach landscapes. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them."
